Levin Management Corporation (LMC) The BEST FULLY INTEGRATED 3 rd PARTY SERVICES PROVIDER of 2023

Levin Management’s agility stems from its longevity (through seven decades of market cycles the firm has “seen it all”) and fully integrated services including in-house property management, leasing, construction management and develop- ment, accounting and financial reporting, lease administration, marketing, and acquisition and disposition consulting services. With retail industry momentum fueling property owners’ focus on competitive positioning and reinvesting in their properties, Levin has seen a marked uptick in activity for its in-house construction management services – a capability that distinguishes the firm among its peers. Notably, in 2023 As managing and leasing agent Levin launched a major rede- velopment at Blue Star Shopping Center in Watchung, NJ, which was catalyzed by an in-center relocation and new, 72,000 s/f lease with long-time tenant Shop- Rite. The team is also active with fit outs and pad site developments throughout its portfolio. Additionally, the construction management team spearheaded the ground-up construction of two industrial buildings to expand Rutgers Industrial Center, an established campus in Piscataway, NJ.

Size: 225,000 SF Appointed by the Union County Improvement Authority, DIG developed a planned centralized hub for social services and administration in one location, thus reducing leasing and overhead costs while enhancing service delivery to county residents. The Administrative Building’s midrise structure sits atop one level of parking while the 7-story Human Services Building is located at the east end of the site, proximate to downtown, public parking and public transportation. In addition to stepped-back lower-floor curvilinear facades, upper floors are clad with complementary glass and metal facades that respond to interior uses and allow ample daylight.
