PRM Services Cordatus Wealth Management Yardley, PA
Quarry View Building Group 2603 Lincoln Highway East Ronks, PA
Size: 4,000 s/f Cordatus Wealth Management, a full-service investment advisor, hired PRM Services to fully renovate a former bank into a modern office space. The building, which was originally constructed in 1869, was completely gutted on the interior of the first floor and basement in addition to having a new roof installed. The original exterior stone façade was kept, matching the Yardley borough historic appearance. The offices constructed on the first floor were outfitted with large glass walls and doors, allowing plenty of natural light to pour in. The basement was modernized with hardwood flooring and the installation of a full and half bathroom.
Size: 7,077 s/f An old farmhouse sat vacant to crime and squatters until it was saved and adapted as workspace for Quarry View’s team. Providing a viable inspiration of reusing and recycling in construction, this project represents our owners, who started with almost nothing, achieving their dreams. After 15 years of really hard work, our bilingual owners, each with an education that ended at 8th grade, proudly stood on the timber frame porch of the project, cut a big red ribbon together, and gave the world a symbol of hope and success for people who haven’t had the world handed to them.
Size: 9,745 s/f As part of a multi-phased renovation project, Sheppard Pratt’s admissions and walk-in psychiatric urgent care spaces underwent significant improvements. The project was divided into four phases, each lasting 6 to 8 weeks, and involved the complete gutting and fit-out of the designated areas while ensuring that the surrounding areas remained fully operational. The redesign of these spaces helps Sheppard Pratt increase capacity, provides additional consultation and exam rooms, and creates a more comfortable and welcoming experience for patients, families, and visitors.
