The BEST GIVING BACK of 2023
Walters has made significant contributions to the communi- ties where it is active. In Stafford
Township, they constructed Park of the Pines, a new park and playground, and refurbished and recondi- tioned the town’s existing water tower. Walters presents annual scholarships to seniors in the Barnegat Bay area who plan to attend college. In 2023, they presented $8,000 to four high school students. During the holidays, Walters continued their annual Thanksgiving basket collection and donation, distribut- ing 158 baskets with gift cards and non-perishable food items. Employees also organized a Giving Tree to fulfill the wishes of 19 less fortunate families.

IMC Construction views philanthropy as the cornerstone of our culture and phi- losophy. It is important to support the

The IMC Charitable Foundation was formed to further provide charitable giving to help and empower nonprofit organizations in our community. Through the IMC Charitable Foundation, we connect with communi- ties through outreach, education, sponsorship, and fun- draising efforts locally where are projects are located. For the last 20 years, The IMC Foundation has held an annual charity golf outing. Through the years, the golf outing has raised over $2 million and has supported the work of 130 organizations dedicated to conservation, education, cancer research and serving the economi- cally disadvantaged in our community.

The company’s brokerage and administrative team members collected, filled and donated 40 backpacks and 100 school supply sets to help kickstart a successful academic year for Passaic County students. NAI Summit organizes quarterly volunteer service events or dona-
tion drives that give back to the Lehigh Valley commu- nity. Donation drives support the local YWCA, animal shelters, and various family support organizations. Notably, each year a team of employees participates in the much anticipated annual “She Nailed It” competi- tion to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity.
