Job Description:
The PDL Analyst II ensures planograms are aligned with the assigned brand’s standards. Manages tasks related to the reset activity through development and adherence of existing standards while providing optimum assortments to support the brand’s strategic initiatives. In addition, manages all planogram tools, maintains best-in-class planograms, and meeting the customer needs by having the right products in the right place at the right time. This role helps lead all planogram activities while meeting corporate objectives for assortment, days of supply, and planogram integrity standards. Collaborates with Macro Space (Floorplan) and ISE (In Store Execution) Teams, to support the final execution and implementation of planograms at store level. The Analyst II provides leadership, technical expertise, and direction to Space Management Support Analysts, and other cross-functional areas of the business daily.

This role is the primary subject matter expert and lead for innovation and technology as it relates to assortment analysis in both macro and micro space planning. Primary objective of this role will be to manage and lead the innovation and technology team, drive collaboration and integration of tools and analysis within Assortment Services as well as manage and lead assortment analysis and tools for the brands. Provides direction and establishes accountability for direct reports and 2,000+ 3rd party team members that work in-store across the ADUSA network implementing Brand merchandising strategies. Responsible for Implementation and delivery of on-shelf merchandising strategy at Retail for all ADUSA Brands in accordance with individual Brand on- shelf strategic plans. Responsible for providing strategic direction towards ensuring quality implementation of shelf standards across Brands while meeting established completion rates and timelines. Provides detailed connections with Brand Leadership and Retail Leaders regarding implementation of on-shelf merchandising strategies and Brand request. Partners and drives strategic conversations with business owners across ADUSA regarding project implementation at Retail and prioritization of resource allocation to maximize funding investments. Direct involvement with fair share billing (+$80M) processes to ensure the integrity of the allocation process and adequate funding levels and related staffing to deliver on Brand initiatives. Deliver efficiencies and innovation within reset processes as it relates to delivering Assortment Services implementation across all ADUSA Brand locations to improve category performance. Balance internal and external field resources across brands to support individual Brand initiatives and deliver on-going shelf support in order to maximize resource investments.
