Ownership and accountability of assembling, facilitating, executing, and sustaining training plans as they relate to Macro and Micro space planning analysis. Training plans being managed by this role will impact Assortment Analyst II associates residing within the brands as well as internal Assortment Services associates. Accountable for the comprehension and expansion of new tools, processes and applications in all of Macro, Micro Space Planning and Assortment related Brand roles. Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive certification programs for Macro and Micro Space Planning along with Assortment Tool. Single point of contact for Assortment Analysts within the brands will be responsible for connecting the assortment analysts to best practice sharing across brands in addition to new tools to help build subject matter assortment experts within each bran Job Description:
