Job Description:
Primary point(s) of contact within each ADUSA Brand for in-store execution and delivery of Assortment Services support and insights for assigned Brands. Provides Assortment Services support for Brand Leadership, Merchandising, Format and Assortment Services towards the delivery of quality resets and on- shelf merchandising strategies. Responsibility and accountability for leading dedicated Retail Implementation teams made up of internal direct reports and 3rd Party ( +2000 ) associates towards quality retail on-shelf merchandising support. Accountable leading and influencing all store reset planning from a total on-shelf merchandising and Implementation perspective to help ensure alignment with Brand merchandising strategies. Interprets and understands fundamentals of individual Brand Strategies through extensive Retail visits and leads efforts towards the effective implementation and delivery strategies at the point of sale. Guides and facilitates the end-to-end coordination efforts and implementation for macro, micro and technology inputs of the Assortment Services support into the Brand to deliver on strategic initiatives. Responsible for creating a culture of support and alignment of brand strategic initiatives across dedicated Assortment services teams (internal & 3rd party). Leads associate development and team alignment towards a performance-based culture. Provide effective communications and guidance regarding organizational announcements and information pertinent to assigned brands or total ADUSA organization to direct reports and support teams
