Some things to know about Boilers: Power Supply: Standard Version: Power Supply to Solenoid Valve on the Fuel Pump - 24v Power Supply to the Fan Motor - 240v or 415v 12v Version: Power Supply to Solenoid Valve on the Fuel Pump - 12v Power Supply to the Fan Motor - 12v

Ignition Transformer
(The 12v boiler is supplied with industry standard Electromechanical transformer, which is physically big (and more expensive)). Also available with a Danfoss Electronic 30ma Transformer.

Temperature Rating: The pressure cleaning industry generally rates temperature of the hot water gener- ated at 90°. Due to a number of factors, including burner motor size, coil height and coil tube thickness, and the general principles of thermal efficiency, most hot water ma - chines do not generate hot water to 90° While the table on the facing page declares “true temperature”, our boilers are consistent in performance to those generally available in the market. Coil Wall Thickness: The tube wall thickness of a burner coil is not in itself an accurate judge of the quality of a coil. The wall thickness of a BAR coil is 2.5mm. A competitor coil, the Pt for example, has a wall thickness of 3.6mm. If the outside diameter of the tube is the same (for e.g. 3/8”), the extra wall thick - ness must reduce the internal passage that water can flow through. A thicker wall and reduced internal passage means less efficiency, as the water takes longer to heat and there is more thermal (heat) loss from the extra steel. In summary, a thicker walled coil will provide longer life and much reduced efficien - cy, while a thinner wall will provide a shorter life and much increased efficiency.
