How it works: Insert Foaming Injector / Metering Valve to pump outlet on your pressure cleaner Attach Foam Nozzle to end of lance (require standard gun and lance only)
When hose on metering valve is inserted into chemical, venturi creates foam at the foam nozzle (product picks up from Injector and is converted to foam at the Foam Nozzle where air is injected) Adjust metering valve to determine how much product is used Benefits of this method: For bigger jobs where more foam will be used Reduces chemical splash & drift Nozzle options allows jetting to be set exactly to your machine Nozzle Selection

How to select your Foam Kit for the above table
Using example for 200 Bar @ 15 L/min From the above, there is no option for this size, so move to the left of the table until finding a selection Answer shows: 1.60-2.0 (075) This means: 1) 1.60 is the “Primary Injector” Nozzle 2) 2.0 is the secondary nozzle in the ST160, also known as the “Diffuser” nozzle). 3) 075 is the Air Nozzle size used in the ST-75 Note, if the answers says (3x050), you need to swap from the ST-75 to the ST76 Foamblaster (that has 3 nozzles)
