The Honorable Clea McCaa II Mayor, Sierra Vista, AZ
C lea McCaa II, is a Sierra Vista native and son of Sergeant Major (Retired) Clea & Julia McCaa. He was commis- sioned 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army and retired as Colonel after 30 years of service in 2019. His assignments included Brigade Commander, MI Battalion Commander, Operations Officer, TRADOC Capability Man- ager, Operations/Biometrics Officer, Detachment Com- mander, and MI BN Executive Officer. He ran for and was elected to serve as the Mayor of Sierra Vista, AZ in November 2022. McCaa is a proud 1984 Buena High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University (1989) and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Manage- ment from the University of Phoenix (1997). Mayor McCaa is a co-owner and CEO of 3D Management & Consulting, LLC. He oversees contracts with GSA, USA Intelligence
Center of Excellence, Jacobs, U.S. Forestry Service, Ari- zona Department of Public Safety, and the Veterans Administration. He is also a co-owner of Cyber Elec- tronic Warfare Intelligence, LLC and the founder/ president of the Sierra Vista Dream Center (SVDC), which provides after-school tutoring and food boxes to the Sierra Vista/Fort Huachuca community and backpack lunches to Carmichael, Coronado, Valley View, and Palomi- nas Elementary Schools. Additionally, he organizes food drives and distribution for less fortunate families, especially around the hol- idays. SVDC also provides weatherization of residential homes as we endeavor to focusing on reducing energy bills by replacing windows, water heaters, doors at no cost to residence. He also serves as the Senior Pastor of the Sierra Vista 1st Church of God in Christ, Chaplain for the Sierra Vista Police Department, and the Buena High School Football

Team Chaplain and field photographer. For over 15 years, McCaa has volunteered his time with the Buena High School athletics programs and especially the Buena Football program. He photographs all high school sporting events, also assisting the football program with banners and recognition for senior athletes. He also served as the president of the Greater Huachuca Area National Association of the Advance- ment of Colored People (NAACP) before resigning his position in 2022. Psi Fraternity Inc (Tucson Sierra Vista (AZ) AL 1986) and the Southwest Associa- tion of Buffalo Soldiers. He enthusiastically supports the “Spirit of the Buffalo Soldiers Award Program”, which recognizes young students as they strive to improve their grades in their quest to achieve a quality education. Mayor & Ms. McCaa have two children. Clea “Trae” McCaa III (Gamma Iota 2023) is a Senior at Arizona State University majoring in Sports Busi- ness. Marie McCaa is a Freshman, also attending
ASU and majoring in Sports Journalism. ♦
