BROTHERHOOD ROOTED IN LEADERSHIP Smith shares that his approach is deeply relational, “I lead with love and I challenge with care,” he said. That philosophy echoes in every conversation, every visit, and every program the undergraduate board has launched. Each member of the Grand Chapter leadership brings his own strengths: • Nave brings operational structure • Venzor brings cultural insight and innovation • White serves as an advocate for chapter resiliency • Ball leads with heart and historical reverence • Johnson mobilizes with enthusiasm and clarity Together, they form a constellation of undergraduate leadership unlike any other in recent Kappa history. A BLUEPRINT REALIZED From day one, Grand Polemarch Jimmy McMikle charged his admin- istration to “build a bridge between purpose and performance.” Smith and his colleagues have taken that direc- tive to heart. “The Grand Polemarch is a mentor to us,” Smith stated. “His trust and challenge have stretched our potential. His vision has given us room to lead—not just follow.” And that leadership is being felt—from the chapter level to the national stage. Whether through their coordination of Province Council student tracks, their leadership in national webinars, or their ability to convene brothers around issues that matter, this cohort
