UNDERGRADUATE GRAND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

has proven that undergraduate leadership is not symbolic—it’s substantial. Ultimately, what makes this administration special is not just what they do—but how they do it. “We are undergraduates first,” said Smith. “We go to class, we work jobs, we handle campus life—and we serve this Fraternity with excellence because we believe in it.” The Undergraduate Grand Board of Director's legacy will be remem- bered not just in photos or awards, but in the chapters revitalized, the programs strengthened, and the brothers inspired. “It’s bigger than us,” said Venzor. “We’re here to leave footprints that other young men can walk in. Because Kappa is not just for now—it’s for life.” INVESTMENT IN THE UNDERGRADUATE EXPERIENCE The 35th Administration of Kappa Alpha Psi has demonstrated a profound commitment to enhanc- ing Undergraduate and University Affairs, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at empowering undergraduate members and strengthening collegiate chapters. Undergraduate Loyalty Fund (ULF): In collaboration with the Kappa Alpha Psi® Foundation, the administration launched the Undergraduate Loyalty Fund—a nationwide effort to provide financial support to undergrad- uate chapters. Recognizing the increasing operational costs and fundraising challenges faced by
these chapters, the ULF offers a centralized platform for alumni and supporters to contribute directly, ensuring chapters can cover essential expenses such as regis- trations, insurance, and campus assessments. Leadership Development Programs: The administration has revitalized key leadership training initiatives, including the Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI) and LEAD Kappa. ULI celebrated its 20th anni- versary, continuing to offer leadership training for undergrad- uate brothers across the country in non-conclave years. LEAD Kappa, returning after a hiatus, provides a structured and intense leader- ship experience during conclave years, equipping participants with skills to lead in various contexts, from the fraternity to corporate America. Strategic Planning and Infrastruc- ture Enhancement: Efforts have been made to realign province infra- structures by overhauling bylaws, developing executive operating teams, and reimagining commu- nication frameworks to improve membership engagement. These measures aim to support the pro- jected fraternal growth and ensure effective management of undergrad- uate affairs. Through these comprehensive initiatives, the 35th Administra- tion underscores its dedication to fostering undergraduate excellence, leadership, and sustainability within Kappa Alpha Psi. ♦
