“WHILE IN NEW ORLEANS, THE FOUNDATION PARTNERED WITH THE FRATERNITY TO DONATE $50,000 FOR SHOES AND TOILETRIES FOR HOMELESS CITIZENS. ”

Every Province supported the Foun- dation by sponsoring the Celebration of Achievement, donations made during Province Councils, and more. In addition, three Provinces went above and beyond and/or added the Foundation as a line item in their annual budget to provide additional support. The Eastern Province was a $25,000 sponsor of the 2024 Virtual Celebration of Achievement. The South Central Province donated $10,000 in support of the Founda- tion and the Northeastern Province donated $5,000. We sincerely appre- ciate the support of each Province and look forward to amplifying our partnerships in 2025. Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders Under the leadership of Executive Director Anthony Stepney (Winter Park (FL) AL 2015), the Fraternity and the Foundation once again partnered on the “Close Up” program with Congressional leaders. More than 30 students traveled to Washington, DC., reinforcing the Fraternity’s role in shaping our future leaders. Fraternity and Foundation Col- laborate on Strategic Planning The Foundation’s summer retreat proved to be a catalyst for fresh ideas and renewed commitment. During this biennial gathering, Fraternity

leadership and Board members engaged in strategic discussions, setting a clear direction for the organization.

reflected a modest shortfall against the $1.1 million budget—ending the year at $802,000—the meticulous management of expenses allowed for more than $492,000 to be channeled back into communities to support our young people. Additionally, six pass- through grants, totaling over $87,000, underscored the commitment to fiscal prudence. Support for our Legacy Giving Medallion Program continued to grow, with 159 participants contrib- uting over $400,000. Looking ahead to the remainder of 2025, the Foundation is sharpening its focus on increasing scholarship gifts. In the wake of new challenges—par- ticularly the elimination of college scholarships due to shifting policies— the need to support undergraduates has never been more critical. Our call to action is clear: to help young scholars complete their education and succeed in an increasingly competitive world. A successful 2025 Celebration of Achieve- ment Gala on July 3, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ is critical to achieving that goal. GRATEFUL REFLECTION The success of 2024 would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of our talented Foundation Board of Directors. Several have had career transitions and honors:

Celebrating and Supporting Our Youth: The 2024 Celebration of Achievement The 2024 Virtual Cele- bration of Achievement was an evening that showcased and uplifted our young achievers. Spearheaded by Board Members Donald Bland, Chairman, Richard Coleman, Co-Chairman, and a dedicated team, the event raised over $244,000. More than $115,000 in scholarships were awarded to 63 high school and collegiate scholars. New Horizons in the New Way Forward: The Undergraduate Loyalty Program In fall 2024, a new initiative was launched, the Undergraduate Loyalty Program. Led by Grand Board Member Director Dr. Leonard Clemons, Foundation Board Member Adriane Trimble, and Executive Direc- tor Stepney, this program provides a new vehicle for brothers to provide financial support to undergraduate chapters. With an initial $20,000 raised, the program is expected to flourish this year. FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP AND FUTURE FOCUS While the Foundation’s 2024 financials
