Due to its cutting edges, this needle easily penetrates tissues and is suitable for almost all uses. It provides an excellent penetration capacity and great solidity, and is fit for sutures with periosteum incision and in case of thick mucosa. Indictated for hard tissue, extra cutting needle has very sharp edge for good penetration and less trauma. Quadrangular pyramid-shaped point and a round body. This particular shape allows any easy penetration of soft tissues without causing lacerations, and preventing the needle from rotating in the needle- holder. This needle is appreciated and suitable for oral surgery. Mainly used for soft tissues, and is characterized by a good penetration of tissues without causing lacerations or tissue damage.

THE BENEFITS OF IMS™ CASSETTES

Efficiency IMS™ Cassettes eliminate time-consuming steps to streamline reprocessing, which can save facilities an hour or more each day.

Safety & Compliance IMS™ Cassettes minimize how often contaminated instruments are handled, improving compliance during transportation and reprocessing while also reducing the risk of a costly sharps injury. Organization IMS™ Cassettes help facilities better organize their reprocessing flow, freeing up to seven linear feet of counter space, so they can maximize the space in their sterilization area. When coupled with the use of organizational tubs for procedural disposables, efficiency and organization are greatly improved as procedure needs are easily identified for quick patient set up. Instrument Protection IMS™ Cassettes are made of durable, stainless steel to protect the integrity of your instruments. They also keep your instruments held in place and spaced out for an optimal environment for proper reprocessing. Standardization IMS™ Cassettes help facilities create a system for managing their procedural setups. Each setup includes all of the instruments that are needed to help with onboarding and standardizing care throughout a single facility and even across multiple locations.

Return on Investment IMS™ Cassettes can make an immediate impact on a facility’s bottom line, with the time saved allowing them to see new patients and bring in tens of thousands of dollars in new revenue.

MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE Alongside the spread of more and more diseases and infections in the world, there is an increase in the awareness of all infection control processes that have to be followed during surgical and non-surgical procedures. We have the solutions that help you minimize the exposure to cross-infection and blood borne pathogens during daily procedures: choose from a selection of single-use disposables (masks, gowns, drapes, accessories, medical adhesives, gauzes, pads) which are assembled in Omnia Sets. You will optimize time, organization and efficiency during chairside preparation while increasing staff and patients’ safety. Omnia Sets consist of individually configurated single- use items. For example: • SURGICAL DRAPES • SURGICAL GOWNS • IRRIGATION AND ASPIRATION SYSTEMS • PROTECTION OF THE DENTAL UNIT • ACCESSORIES FOR SURGERY (sheaths and protection for instruments and physiodispensers, medical adhesives, gauzes, pads and irrigation lines)

NON STERILE Necessary protection during all kinds of general procedures.

HIGH QUALITY • Production of packs occurs in a controlled environment classified as “ ISO CLASS 8” pursuant to EN ISO 14644-1. • The packs are packaged in double sterile packaging, medical paper and blister, in extremely rigorous procedures to meet the highest control standards. • Constant after-sales surveillance and vigilance have been implemented in order to ensure that the packs are always at the forefront in terms of safety, suitability for use and customer satisfaction. • During the internal production phases, monitoring is direct and constant so as to ensure ever- increasing quality standards and safety. • Sterility guaranteed for 5 years from the date of production (if the package is not damaged).

SUSTAINABILITY • Procedural packs dramatically reduce the amount of packaging material compared with individually packaged products. • Despite their use producing waste every day, they are preferable to reusable materials. The safety of single use items is guaranteed at every use and they don‘t have to be repeatedly washed and sterilised by medical personnel, with consequent saving of resources.

COMPLIANCE • Sterile Packs quality is well- documented by the knowledge and compliance with current regulations relating to medical devices • Procedural Sets are compliant to the stricter national and local regulations. • The label for sterile packs contains all the informations to identify the device (code, lot, expiration date). There are two extra labels that allow easy data storage and traceability of all materials and components used.

SAVINGS • Omnia Sets can significantly reduce the time of the various activities which enable carrying out procedures. • Procedural packs make planning processes, material purchasing, administration, set-up and traceability faster . • Significant reduction of total costs for each procedure. • Cost-effective.

EFFICIENCY • Practical, compact and ready to use. • Contains all the disposable items which the dental team needs for the different types of operations. • All products are already stacked in the order they will be used: once inside the operating theatre the dental team will just have to unwrap the pack, thereby making the set-up time easier and more efficient , thus raising the level of professionalism of the performance. • The time saved will allow more focus towards the clinical case and will also increase the number of procedures possible.

INSTRUMENT REPROCESSING AND STERILIZATION

Sterilization Wrap Sterilization wraps are used to wrap instrument sets and cassettes for sterilization. Wraps allow the penetration of steam to sterilize the contents and maintain sterility of the processed item after sterilization. We offer a number of options to meet your needs.

IMS™ Autoclave Tape Pre-printed indicator tape with specific procedural set-ups or colors, helps to organize and identify pack contents. Available in 18 mm x 55 m per roll.

IMS™ Autoclave Sterilization Wrap After the packed cassette has been opened, the sterilization paper may be used as a base, thus forming a predominantly sterile environment. Additionally, contaminated cotton wool rolls, gauze and similar items can be disposed of hygienically in this paper.

IMS™ Bonded Double Sterilization Wrap Bonded Double Wrap is made from two bonded sheets of SMS polypropylene material.

The two sheets are different colors which aids in identifying breaches in the packaging post sterilization and allows package differentiation by color.
