Titan’s research team has been closely working with Centre for pavement and Transportation Technology at the University of Waterloo (UW) for the ‘Evaluation of geosynthetic reinforced pavements by field and laboratory testing, integrated with thermo-hydro-mechanical modeling and this project was completed this year with some great findings. The field investigation demonstrated that Geogrid composite (Swamp GridTM) on the weak subgrade exhibits improved drainage capability and produces a distinct water potential profile within the pavement structure.
