HIGH FIVES!

SAFE From: Leonel Carrillo, Pocatello Window Delivery/Service To: Jonathan Ortiz, Pocatello Window Delivery/Service He picked up a 2x4 that was a tripping hazard. We certainly appreciate team members who take the initiative to identify and correct safety issues; our goal is to prevent these hazards from occurring in the first place. Keeping walkways and work areas clear should always be a standard expectation. By maintaining clean, organized spaces, we help ensure a safer environment for everyone. EASY

WOW From: Melissa Mallory, Burley Outside Sales To: Tyler Cutler, Boise Inside Sales

Recently, I was trying to get products to Burley for a customer through one of our vendors, but it had been quite a struggle. The products were sent to the wrong locations via UPS twice and finally sent to Franklin, but somehow ended up in Boise rather than Burley. The rep was going to drive to Boise to pick them up, but Boise couldn’t find them. I called, hoping to find someone to keep looking, and Tyler answered the phone. Even though he was busy, he kept looking until he found the products, mistakenly stashed on an employee’s desk. He called to let me know and said he’d have them waiting for the rep. When the rep couldn’t make it before closing due to 5 p.m. traffic, Tyler volunteered to stay after closing to make sure I could get my customer what they needed the next day as promised. Thank you, Tyler! GUIDE From: Jordan Green, Pocatello To: Austin Burrup, Pocatello Austin has been training multiple new inventory controllers — Michele in the door shop and Devyn in the yard — simultaneously. I’m impressed with how he has managed training for both positions while continuing to keep up with his own duties. Great job, Austin!

From: Ben Thomas, McCall To: Jared Tolomei, McCall

We decided to move on from a certain product line and wanted to get our inventory moved out quickly. Jared navigated some tricky situations with a customer very tactfully to get them to take everything we had in one fell swoop. Thanks, Jared! High five! STRIVE From: Jeff, Pocatello

To: Michele Nelson, Pocatello Door Shop Michele has been doing a great job as the Door Shop Inventory Controller. There are no past-due door codes in the Past Due Cycle Count report. That is Awesome! Great Job!

HR CORNER You’ve Earned It. Use It Well.

Thereʼs a reason seasoned travelers come home looking better than when they left. Time away from work — real time, unplugged and unhurried with the people who matter most — doesnʼt just feel good. It restores focus, reduces burnout, and makes you more effective when you return. Research consistently confirms what most of us already know intuitively: employees who take regular vacations are more engaged, more productive, and less likely to leave. Thatʼs why we built our time off policy the way we did.

YOUR PTO BENEFIT AT A GLANCE Full-time employees receive 7 paid holidays per year after 30 days of employment, and begin accruing discretionary PTO from day one: 2 Weeks Years 1–4 3 Weeks Years 5–9 4 Weeks Year 10+

Your PTO doesnʼt have to be taken all at once. Many employees spread time off throughout the year — a long weekend, a mid-year family trip, or a few scattered days. However you use it, coordinate with your leadership team ahead of time to ensure proper coverage. Your current accrual balance and time off request tool are both easily accessed in Paylocity. Reach out to HR with questions. We’re glad to help.
