AGENDA In cooperation with Naff Accounting, public license, Miss Sasha, the company’s in-house lawyer, will verify that the meeting has been called correctly and everything has gone perfectly to ascertain who is present and who has sent a power of attorney. In collaboration with Naff Accounting, Miss Sasha will establish that what was adopted at the general meeting on 09 May 2019 can be enforced. Decisions must be accepted by the minorities if 75% of the shareholders are present and – or have sent a power of attorney – approval.
There is a 75% majority by a vote of those present at any time.
