The program equips learners with core business competencies including problem solving, analytics, leadership, and communication necessary to navigate complex business and societal problems. The program will provide a conduit for educational and employment partnerships with local and global businesses. No similar program exists within CWU. Importantly, the expanded and affordable graduate program offers a potential avenue for new domestic and international learners to enroll in CWU and the College of Business. Strategically, the College of Business views this as an important growth opportunity, fulfilling industry demand for retooling, reskilling and life-long learning of existing and recent workforce.. In addition, the College of Business partners with other colleges across campus, initially with the College of Professional Studies to offer relevant specializations/certificates that would help CWU be competitive and current, such as Cybersecurity Management, Business Analytics, Contemporary Finance, and Healthcare Administration, to name a few.
