According to Standard: GB10125-1997 Summary of Corrosion Resistance Test Results: The ClimatePro ™ coating demonstrated superior corrosion resistance compared to Zinc and HDG coatings.
The test results are summarized as follows:
• Zinc coating showed red rust at 250 hours and failed to continue beyond this point.
• HDG coating showed white rust at 250 hours, red rust began at 500 hours, and testing ceased at 1,350 hours due to excessive rust. • ClimatePro ™ coating showed no rust up to 1,250 hours, with only white rust appearing at 1,250 hours and minimal traces of red rust at 1,400 hours. The ClimatePro ™ coating provides significantly better protection against corrosion, making it an ideal choice for high-performance applications.
