SPARK Spark is an online recognition program providing team members with the ability to give “Shout Outs” to colleagues who live our Cultural Beliefs and deliver great work. Through the program, team members can earn Spark points, which can be redeemed through an online catalog for a wide variety of merchandise and gift cards or be donated to charitable organizations. In 2022, team members were awarded a total of 6.2 million Spark Points, roughly equivalent to $1.6 million.
