TEAM MEMBER HOTLINE AND INVESTIGATIONS We promote our Speak Up Cultural Belief through our Open Door Policy and we encourage team members to report any concerns to managers, our human resources team and our anonymous Team Member Hotline. To help foster an ethical workplace and drive a strong sense of organizational fairness for our employees, we have a strict non-retaliation policy and we investigate all good faith concerns fairly, objectively and expeditiously.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND RISK ASSESSMENTS We constantly seek to evolve and improve the effectiveness of our E&C program. Through close partnership with functions such as human resources, internal audit, enterprise risk and asset protection, we collectively seek to assess and address emerging compliance risks and the root causes of noncompliance and to help ensure consistent remediation, discipline and going-forward mitigation.
