Flexo Wash Flexo Wash, a supplier of cleaning solutions for the flexographic and con- verting printing industry, has appoint- ed Tom Vietri as Northeast Territory Manager. Vietri brings more than 35 years of industry experience to Flexo Wash, having held similar positions with Pitman and Mark Andy Print Products. In this new role, Vietri will cover the Northeast territo- ry, stretching from New England to North Carolina, sup- porting printers and converters with sustainable, efficient cleaning solutions designed to improve print quality, re- duce downtime, and increase operational performance, said the company. Maxcess Odd Joergenrud will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Maxcess, effective immediately. He will work closely with the Maxcess leadership team to ensure a seamless leadership transition and align the organization on a clear and defined future direction for the company. London Packaging Week Dick Searle, Founder and Co-CEO of The Packaging Fed- eration, has been honored by the UK packaging industry with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was presented to Searle on the final day of London Packaging Week, October 16, at ExCeL London. “The future of our packaging industry is critical to the good health of our country and our society,” Searle said, in accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award, “employing over 80,000 people and generating sales of more than £14 billion.”
