Room rates are priced per night and start in the low $200's in low season and up with peak season rates starting in the mid $300's and up. Some holidays and weekends require a 2-night minimum. .
Courtesy Room Block with Event
No Deposit Guaranteed rate until 30 days prior to event Booked through group code\rate This protects groups from future price increases or new booking restrictions We will block up to 10 guest rooms with out attrition
Hard Block without Event
Cutoff Date/Drop date for rooms - 30 days out We will hold rooms out of inventory. Booked through group code\rate or rooming list We will block up to 40 rooms without an event with 50% attrition.
