4-Trac System Overview
Introduction:

The Byrne 4-Trac system is an economical and customizable power distribution system that fits the most challenging workplace configuration. 4-Trac fits just about anywhere but works best mounted under tables, built into troughs, or installed in streamlined panel systems. This single sided system is designed to be sleek and thin measuring 1” deep by 11/2” wide to fit in small spaces and is available with power or 2 Amp USB dual charging outlets. 4-Trac harnesses can be customized lengths from 6” to 300” or are available in convenient table kits for different table lengths (24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60”, 72”).

Circuitry/Keying:
The Byrne 4-Trac system is rated for 20 Amps per circuit allowing the use of two circuits (circuit 1 and 2 only). The conductors are 12 AWG with two line conductors sharing a neutral and a ground. The Byrne system can be wired in both single and three-phase configurations, 240/120V, 208/120V respectively. Under NEC requirements, users can connect up to 13 duplex receptacles per circuit, or a maximum of 26 (15 A) duplex receptacles per power infeed. However, the actual number of receptacles recommended on a circuit or infeed will vary depending on load requirements. Consult a Byrne customer service representative to determine the best solution for your application.
