Erwin A. Riley IV Program Manager of Content & Delivery, Work Ready Oklahoma Erwin A. Riley IV is the Program Manager of Content & Delivery at Work Ready Oklahoma. A proud New Orleans native, retired IT professional, and U.S. Air Force veteran, Erwin IV brings creativity, clarity, and energy to distance learning statewide. He’s skilled in frameworks like Motivational Interviewing, Crucial Conversations, and Family-Centered Coaching. Outside the virtual classroom, Erwin IV is a professional wrestler—bringing that same crowd-ready presence, rhythm, and storytelling to help people level up in work and life.

Bailey Siber Chief of Staff to the Mayor, City of Oklahoma City

Bailey Siber is Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Oklahoma City. She previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor and as Senior Program Manager in the Office of Innovation, where she led initiatives ranging from data governance to homelessness. Before joining the City of Oklahoma City, she worked for the City of Boston’s civic innovation and design team, MONUM. Siber previously held roles in nonprofits and tech startups focused on improving health outcomes and advancing economic mobility. Siber graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School with a Master of Public Policy and a certificate in Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences. She earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Tufts University.

Taylor Doe Founder, And Then Moments

A lifelong Oklahoman, Taylor Doe is an entrepreneur who is deeply invested in community development, youth mentorship and fostering economic mobility for others. Since graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Human Relations, Taylor has worked in corporate America, founded a tech company with his brother and for over a decade has devoted himself to building relationships and community initiatives in low-income schools and neighborhoods. Taylor has lived between what Martin Luther King Jr. called the “Two Americas” which has given him unique insights on how opportunity is unlocked for some and remains locked for others. He believes that storytelling has the power to change communities. Taylor’s TEDx Talk invites listeners to unpack their own stories of success – challenging them to be generous with the opportunities they hold. Taylor enjoys riding his stationary bicycle but only because he wants to continue eating at his favorite restaurant.... Whataburger.

Billie Sue Smith Marketing and Engagement Manager, Cowan Group Billie Sue is a psychology-obsessed leadership development facilitator and keynote speaker with two decades of experience in business development, community relations and marketing. A professionally- published writer and photographer, she prides herself most on a genuine curiosity and love for humans. A first-generation college graduate, she has an associate degree in legal studies and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Nazarene University. She is a proud mom to two strong and sweet young adult daughters and currently works for Cowan Group Engineering as the Marketing and Engagement Manager. When she’s not lifting weights, golfing, pampering her two cats or telling stories about the people she meets on her travels and adventures - she serves as a volunteer mentor for several local organizations.

Allison Abbot Chief Operating Officer, Freestyle Creative Alison has 18 years of operations, leadership, marketing strategy, digital marketing and communications experience. She has led ad agency and in-house marketing teams to success by representing small, one shop to international brands in nearly 30 different industries. She proudly shares 33 Addy Awards and multiple AMA Awards with former agency teammates, but her passion and true achievement is helping both people and businesses grow. As a UCO alum (Go Bronchos!) she is thankful she chose to stay and build her career in the ever-growing market that is Oklahoma City and is a 2007 Intern OKC (formerly Greater Grads) Alum. Alison is a current OKC Ad Club Board member and has previously served on non-profit, Greater OKC Chamber and Edmond Chamber Boards. In 2024 she was honored for the Journal Record’s “Woman of the Year - Fifty Women Making a Difference” in Oklahoma. Alison, her husband and their daughter live near Piedmont and root for the OKC Thunder, Boston Red Sox and Sooners. Their French Bulldog, Yaz is named for the nickname of a famous Boston Red Sox player.

Cassie Niemann Founder/Principal, BTG Consulting Partners

Cassie Niemann is an executive coach, strategic advisor, and leadership consultant. With over two decades of experience in corporate leadership and organizational transformation within Fortune 500 environments, she partners with leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, lead with intention, and drive meaningful, measurable results. Her philosophy—be the good—is the foundation of her work. She believes the most effective leaders don’t just set direction—they model values, shape culture, and make strategy personal. Her practice is built on the idea that leadership is both a responsibility and a ripple effect: when leaders grow, their teams, communities, and organizations grow with them. Cassie works with senior leaders, boards, and leadership teams to align strategy with purpose, cultivate healthy and resilient cultures, and support decision-making grounded in clarity and integrity. Known for her thoughtfulness, candor, and ability to create trust quickly, she helps clients translate big ideas into practical momentum. She holds a BA in Communication from the University of Oklahoma and is pursuing her MBA at Oklahoma State University and ICF coaching certification to deepen her impact at the intersection of strategy, service, and leadership development. A passionate advocate for public education, Cassie serves on the Board of Directors for the Edmond Public Schools Foundation and had leadership roles on multiple nonprofit boards. Her commitment to service reflects her core belief: strong leadership is a public good. When she’s not coaching or facilitating, Cassie is cheering at her kids’ events, exploring new books, or planning her next travel adventure.

Heather R. Wilson, PHR, SHRM-CP Senior Manager of People & Culture, EMBARK – City of Oklahoma City Heather R. Wilson is a dynamic human resources leader with over two decades of experience driving culture, engagement, and organizational development in both public and private sectors. She currently serves as Senior Manager of People & Culture at EMBARK, where she leads strategic initiatives to align people and administrative operations with the city’s vision for public transit services. Heather has held senior leadership roles at Paycom, Bethany Children’s Health Center, and American Fidelity, where she built high-impact teams, implemented enterprise learning systems, and led major change management efforts. A certified HR professional and community advocate, Heather serves on multiple nonprofit boards and is a proud alum of Leadership Edmond Class 36 and Leadership Oklahoma Class 37.

Michael Shellabarger Manager of Talent Development, Loves

Michael has been employed with Love’s Family of Companies since April 2014. As the Manager of Talent Development, his team supports the enterprise- wide development of all Love’s team members, with an emphasis on business-aligned learning, career development, development planning, new hire development, professional development and managing Love’s HR compliance/learning portfolio. Michael graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2010 with a B.A. in Broadcasting, and again in 2013 with an M.Ed. in Adult Education/Training. He is happily married almost 6 years to his wife, Stephanie, and is a proud girl dad of both Piper (3) and Penny (1).

Travis Lightsey Jr Director, Career Development Center, Rose State College Travis Lightsey Jr. is a dedicated higher education professional with over 14 years of expertise in career development, strategic program design, academic advising, career and life coaching, curriculum development, and classroom instruction. Currently serving as the Director of the Career Development Center at Rose State College, Travis leads initiatives to empower students and alumni in achieving their professional and personal goals. Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2008 and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Cameron University in 2017. His commitment to fostering academic and professional success is further exemplified by his previous role as Director of the Major & Career Exploration Center at the University of Oklahoma. There, he focused on academic major exploration, career coaching, and advising for prospective, current, and graduate students. During his tenure, Travis received multiple accolades, including the Provost’s Outstanding Academic Advising Administrator Award, the Black Excellence Outstanding Staff Award, and the Gateway to College Learning Outstanding Instructor Award. As a first-generation college graduate, Travis is deeply passionate about guiding others to discover their purpose, set realistic goals, and develop self-awareness as a foundation for success. Beyond his professional role, he serves as President, Executive Committee Chair, and Governance Chair of the Pioneer Library System Foundation Board and is a member of the Oklahoma State Regents Career Services Council and Economic Development Council.
