New at Fattal: 12 hotels were bought for 360 million euros The Fattal Chain doesn’t rest for a moment. Fattal recently purchased twelve new hotels as part of the chain’s partnership with the institutions. After investing 360 million euros to purchase the properties, Fattal intends to invest an additional 45 million euros to upgrade the new hotels
Fattal Holdings continues to expand its hold in Europe at full force. The chain signed an agreement to purchase 12 new hotels in the Netherlands, which include a total of 1,522 rooms. The hotels purchased by the chain consist of five hotels in Amsterdam, including the famous Eden Hotel, as well as seven hotels in the city of Rotterdam, The Hague, Eidenhoven, Groningen and Maastricht. Upon completion of the purchase, the chain will own 26 hotels in the Netherlands, with a total of about 4,000 rooms. It is evident that the Fattal chain has a growth strategy in the Benelux region (the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg). After the recent acquisitions, the chain’s hotel portfolio in this region will increase to 28 and make it one of the leaders in the region. As part of the partnership, the chain purchased the hotels from the KSL Capital fund, which specializes in the field of tourism and leisure, in exchange for about 360 million euros.
