BUSBAR SYSTEMS
GRAZIADIO UK OFFERS THE CAPABILITY TO SUPPLY A RISING MAINS BUSBAR SYSTEM WITHIN FOUR TO SIX WEEKS OF ORDER, EVEN WITH BESPOKE LENGTHS… Competitive busbar solutions for multi-storey building projects
With 60 years’ experience in designing and producing bespoke busbar solutions, Italian manufacturer Graziadio offers a seamless experience from quote to supply. Distributed exclusively by Core Distribution NI across the island of Ireland, Graziadio’s rising mains busbar systems are commonly used in multi- storey buildings as an alternative to pulling large, armoured cables. Drawing on its heritage of designing and producing power busbar systems, the manufacturer offers the expertise to efficiently quote, design and supply systems within a short timeframe. Its systems range from 63A up to 2500A, supplied with aluminium or copper conductors. A rating of IP50 is offered as standard, with an upgrade to IP55 available with the addition of specific joint covers and outlet covers. For systems passing through walls or floor slabs, Graziadio can pre-fit fire barriers with a two-hour rating at production and design the system to ensure correct placement. The system is fast to assemble with no specialist tools required and provides a safe and effective method of power distribution. Graziadio will first provide a quotation for potential clients. All that is required to produce an accurate quotation is the floor-to-ceiling heights, slab thickness (if applicable) and details of the busbar rating and tap-off requirements. With this information, a quote can generally be returned within 24 hours. Once the price is agreed and an order is placed, depending on whether fire barriers are required, the process moves onto the design stage with Graziadio supplying a pre-production schematic for approval by the installer. The schematic will detail where the end feed is installed and where fire barriers should be fitted within the lengths. If fire barriers are required, the lengths will also be numbered to ensure they are installed in the correct order.
“The system is fast to assemble with no specialist tools required and provides a safe and effective method of power distribution.”
While the design process normally takes one week, if fire barriers are not required, this part of the process is not applicable. When the installer has approved the design, the system can be put into production with a lead time of three to four weeks before Graziadio enters the final stage of the process including delivery of the busbar. All in all, Graziadio offers the capability to supply a rising mains busbar system within four to six weeks of order, even with bespoke lengths. If you are looking for a fast and competitively-priced option for your next multi-storey building project, contact Core Distribution NI to find out more about Graziadio UK’s solutions. Bespoke options for all projects When it comes to power busbar trunking, a standard out-of-the-box system is not always appropriate. Graziadio UK can assist with providing bespoke systems, without the bespoke lead times. Advantages include: • Fast return of quotations, typically 24-48 hours • UK-based technical/design service and sales support • Bespoke made-to-measure lengths in accordance with project requirements • Projects produced in as little as three weeks from design approval
