From manufacturing the first Bandless File System to mass-producing over 2 million wallets for the Armed Forces during WWII, Smead has shown its prowess to adapt and evolve as a company, all while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship. Although modern filing has advanced in various concepts, it still has the same backbone that Charles R. Smead envisioned when launching the Bandless File System. With time comes growth, and with growth, new beginnings. Smead has all the qualities and resources to master the next 100 years.
