This is a reminder of our existing policy which applies to all shipped orders that are Transferred in for Will Call from another Trane Supply location, Back Ordered for Will Call or Direct Ship to a location of the customers choosing. (examples below)
Our goal is to ensure transparency and consistency in how freight charges are applied. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please reach out to your local Trane Supply representative.

Find a list of all Trane Supply Stores you can text below for your on-the-job repair needs, to receive quotes, and make orders in real time!
Credit cards and check payments will continue to be accepted for any cash accounts and credit terms will continue for accounts with approved credit terms at Trane Supply locations.
