Carbon: 2025 Progress
2025 brought together several years of groundwork into one defining result, carbon neutrality across Scope 1 and 2. Alongside that milestone, we made steady progress across the rest of our carbon commitment:
Achieved carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2, offsetting 60 tonnes of carbon through the Solar Lighting for Families in Zambia project, certified by Gold Standard, one of the world's most trusted frameworks for verified carbon reduction. Maintained our environmental aspects and impacts register, identifying high-risk areas such as pollution and waste, with mitigation actions including staff training and reduced travel. Continued sourcing electricity and gas through British Gas, with electricity 100% backed by Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGO) verified by the Carbon Trust, and gas 10% backed by REGO with the remaining 90% offset.
Invested in a new ERP system, laying the groundwork for higher-quality Scope 3 data in the years ahead.
