Daisy, determined to master the ice, practiced her spins and twirls. She fell a few times but got up each time with a giggle, her spirits undeterred.
As they skated, they played games, racing from one end of the pond to the other and seeing who could spin the most. Even Thunder, who had been hesitant at first, found himself enjoying the challenge, his laughter echoing across the ice.
After ice skating, it was time for a snowball fight.
They divided into teams: Buck and Star against Daisy and Thunder. They built snow forts for protection and gathered piles of snowballs, ready for the battle.
"Prepare to be defeated!" Buck called out, hurling a snowball at Daisy.
Daisy dodged and threw one back, hitting Buck squarely on the nose. "Gotcha!"
Thunder, with his powerful throw, sent snowballs flying in every direction, while Star used her speed to dodge and counterattack. The air was filled with laughter and the sound of snowballs hitting their targets.
Eventually, they were all tired but happy, collapsing into the snow in a fit of giggles.
"That was the best snowball fight ever," Star said, her eyes twinkling.
"We should make this a winter tradition," Buck added, his face flushed with excitement.
As the day drew to a close, a sudden snowstorm blew in.
