Entertainment Break on the Isle of Wight Cruise Around the World Theme

Forget the ‘January Blues’ and come and celebrate with Karen instead, the life and works of Scotland’s most famous poet, Robert Burns, on this Scottish Burns break in Loch Lomond. With 2 nights live entertainment, a full Scottish show, ‘Address the Haggis’ accompanied by a piper and a wee dram and not forgetting the stunning scenery… this holiday is one not to miss! Day 1 We head to our hotel in Scotland making suitable comfort stops. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the Ptarmigan Bar before our evening meal. Day 2 Today we visit the vibrant city of Stirling known as the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’. It is full of character and steeped in history. Later we visit Helix Park, the home of the remarkable Kelpies, don’t forget your cameras. Day 3 Today we take a scenic drive along Loch Lomond in The Trossachs National Park and head for Tarbet. Here we will board our boat and enjoy a cruise experiencing the magic of Loch Lomond’s magnificent scenery. We return to our hotel for our included lunch, then this afternoon we can relax before our evening of Scottish entertainment. Day 4 After breakfast we travel through the Trossachs and visit Callander, a pretty town which lies between the Highlands and the Lowlands. We continue to one of Scotland’s most beautiful places to visit, Pitlochry. After dinner enjoy our last night of entertainment. Day 5 After breakfast enjoy a hot toddy before our return journey. *Under the terms of the Licensing (Scotland act 2005, the supply of alcoholic drinks in our All Inclusive Packages is not unlimited. Subject to our discretion in the case of drunkness, patrons on an All Inclusive Package shall be permitted a maximum of £20 worth of alcoholic drinks per day as part of the package. During this holiday on the Isle of Wight you will be entertained with an ‘Around the World’ theme, sampling and joining in with different continental entertainment from the Trouville Hotel. You will see many of the picturesque villages and attractions the island is famous for! Day 1 Travel to the Isle of Wight and arrive mid afternoon at our hotel where we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. Tonight, we will be in Viva la France and our Cabaret tonight will include the cancan! Day 2 Today we visit Ryde, the best place on the Isle of Wight for some retail therapy. Afterwards, we visit Quarr Abbey, home to a community of eight Benedictine monks set in beautiful surroundings. After dinner tonight we’ll be travelling to the USA to hear songs from Broadway. Day 3 Enjoy a scenic tour by coach of the island, starting at charming Godshill where you can visit the Old Smithy for that special holiday gift or purchase one of their infamous cakes before reboarding for a coastal ride along Military Road to the Isle of Wight Pearl. Our last stop is Alum Bay where you will have a photo opportunity of the Needles. Tonight, we are transported to Mumbai with Bollywood dancers for our entertainment. Day 4 This morning we visit Shanklin and Newport for time to explore before returning to our hotel for ‘shipboard’ activities. There will be time to relax before our evening meal followed by ‘Back to Blighty’ songs in the ballroom. Day 5 We return home making suitable comfort stops and a visit to Winchester for lunch to be purchased.
