What do I need to pay as a deposit for my holiday? A non-refundable deposit of £75pp will be taken at time of booking. How can I pay for my holiday? You can pay using the following methods; Cash – if you are visiting our Ipswich or Mendlesham office Card – we accept debit cards as well as all major credit cards but do not accept commercial cards or American Express Cheque – posted or dropped in to our Ipswich or Mendlesham office When is the final balance of my holiday due? The final balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks before travel. The due date for your balance will be printed on your booking confirmation. What if I need to cancel my holiday? At Galloway, we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. It is important that any holiday cancellation is notified to us, or your travel agent, in writing. The cancellation will take effect form the date When sourcing hotels, we try our very best to obtain as many single rooms free of this supplement charge. Please note, that when there is a single room supplement is does not always mean the room us a double/twin for sole use. I’ve been allocated a seat number, is this my seat for the duration of my holiday? Yes, you remain in the same seat throughout your holiday. Will the itinerary of my holiday change from the one advertised? The schedule of each day-to-day itinerary advertised in our brochure is always subject to change. These holidays are often planned over a year in advance and sometimes it is necessary to change the order of the itinerary to allow for alterations in our supplier’s schedule (for example: train timetables, museum opening times, event dates etc). If you are planning to meet with friends/relatives during your holiday, we strongly advise that the times are flexible to allow for any alterations. If there are ant unforeseen significant changes to your holiday, we will contact you. Can I bring my wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter on holiday? Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to take a fold up wheelchair, walker or small fold up mobility scoter on holiday. We need to know this when the written notification is received. Why is there a single room supplement?

Pick up Points Holiday Joining Points

Many of our holidays include a home pick up. We will arrange for you to be collected, and returned, to your chosen address. You may be collected by mini bus or taxi, as appropriate, and may share with other passengers. You will be sent your pick up times 7-10 days before travel.
