In today’s fast-paced environment, our attention has become a commodity that virtually everyone wants a piece of. Sadly, amid this battle, we are seeing a collective decline in attention span (Lornez-Spreen, 2019) and capacity to remain present; the effects of which can be catastrophic to our well-being. Mindfulness-based training can help to increase attentional focus and present moment awareness and help us better manage stress and burnout. We will give your team research-validated steps and techniques that are clear and easy to implement while making sure they understand the benefits to their health, performance, and happiness. Through the Rebel Health App, your team will have on-demand access to fully guided exercise programs, yoga/stretching routines, nutrition and calorie tracking, and the ability

Primary Services

Rebel Health can provide a specific combination and timing of modalities customized to fit your organization’s unique structure, logistics, and desires. The following services comprise the foundation of all partnerships, with add-on options provided on the next page.

Monthly Coaching Session (the foundation) Conducted In-person, via Zoom, or both: 45-60 minutes each.

These sessions are the heart of the learning and growth. Each session, presented live with Lucas G. Irwin, will focus on a specific topic and allow time for discussion. A one- page summary (the Sage Page) with actionable next steps will be provided along with a recording of every session. Weekly Text Support (free opt-in) Being present can be challenging, but remembering to be present is the biggest challenge. Each week, all team members receive a text message that is designed to provide support and reminders between the coaching sessions. A small reminder helps us pause, notice, and move forward more effectively. The Rebel Health App (free opt-in) For those who would like additional guidance, the Rebel Health App provides professionally designed exercise routines, yoga flows, guided meditations, and nutrition tracking.

Consultation & Coordination For organizations looking to go beyond coaching and examine how organizational-level changes can be made, we can be of assistance. Additionally, this provides an opportunity to coordinate the monthly coaching topics with other events or special occasions that you may be planning. Private Coaching Sessions Individual coaching is available for team leaders, executives, or individuals in high- pressure positions who could benefit from in-depth, private attention. The frequency and duration of coaching session are entirely customizable. Retreat Days Creating space to disconnect and dive deeper can be a transformative and rejuvenating experience. We can design annual or semi-annual retreats for your team. These can be stand-alone experiences or paired with an existing event, like a corporate gathering or conference.

Lucas has the unique ability to make complex subjects simple to understand. He has a clear and calming demeanor that left an impact on our audience. Christian Dior (Kyle Briggs) As head of the Merchandising Department at Parfums Christian Dior I wanted to kick off a recent 3-day seminar for my teams from Latin America in a rather disruptive way.
