Investing in breeding stock is one of, if not the most crucial decisions you make every year. Your selections have long lasting impacts on the future of your herd and operation. Here at Littau Angus, we want to partner with you to breed profit- ability into your future. Our family has been in business long enough to have seen fads and trends of all kinds. Fads move in and through the cattle business, and in and out of fashion. However, one thing that never goes out of style is an excellent cow. The focus for us has always been exceptional performance and maternal excellence. We believe excellent times in the cattle market puts an even higher demand on running profitable cows. These are cows that wean big calves, breed back early, and stay in cow herd year after year. We as always will con- tinue to do everything possible to raise bulls out of these kinds of cows, and sell bulls that will produce those types of cows for our customers. This year we have decided to offer a group fancy replacement yearling open heifers. These heifers have been running alongside and developed the same as the heifers we’ll be keeping our own herd.
