ADAVB 2025 CPD Program Guide

Course notes – CPD events The ADAVB encourages presenters to provide handouts for delegates, however this is at the presenter’s discretion. In the interest of environment sustainability ADAVB may replace printed course notes with an electronic copy. Delegates will be notified on how they can retrieve electronic copies. CPD hours/certificates Activities are provided for the stipulated hours of scientific/non-scientific CPD hours. Participants will be emailed a CPD certificate for the activity you attend. For ADAVB members, the CPD hours and certificate will be available in your ADAVB member dashboard after the activity has taken place. Privacy statement The ADAVB is bound by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The information provided by you will be used to register you for ADAVB events and CPD programs. The ADAVB will only provide details to third parties when required for the provision of services or in accordance with partnership contracts. A substitute delegate may be nominated as a replacement and ADAVB must be informed of the substitute’s details in writing.

All CPD cancellations must be made in writing to email: cpd@adavb.org.

For dentists, by dentists.

Social: Cancellations made in writing to email: events@adavb.org with 7 days prior notice will be refunded. Sporting events: Cancellations made in writing to email: events@adavb. org with 14 days prior notice will be refunded. Please allow 21 working days for refunds to be processed. A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. Failure to attend A delegate who fails to attend is not eligible for a refund or credit under any circumstances. Program cancellation/rescheduling The ADAVB takes all care to produce high-quality programs and events that deliver as promoted. All advertised details are correct at the time of publication; however, when circumstances beyond our control prevail, the ADAVB reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate or reschedule any program. If the ADAVB exercises this option, it will employ reasonable endeavours to notify delegates as early as possible to minimise inconvenience. The ADAVB will not accept any travel and accommodation cost incurred by delegates. Where a refund is due to a delegate, the appropriate refund will be issued within 30 days of notification. In case of program postponement or rescheduling, the delegate may choose to transfer the fee form the cancelled course to a future program of equal value.
