QUALIFICATIONS Essential: • Educated to HND/HNC/degree level or equivalent • Security Industry Qualification and membership of relevant professional body EXPERIENCE Essential: • Leading and managing an effective team within a security setting. • Management of outsourced service contracts • Budget Management • Experience of line management • Incident response and incident management SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Essential: • Computer/IT literate • CCTV and intruder alarm systems • Knowledge of relevant security legislation • Knowledge of building and facilities management systems • Effective planning and organisational skills
