Your water softener comes with a ten year parts guarantee. To ensure your guarantee remains valid you need to use curved block salt purchased from a Minimax supplier. All our waters softeners are approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS), which means they comply to strict standards developed to safe guard Britain’s public water supplies. To register your guarantee please fill in the registration card in your pack.
