Additional Information Scrotal measurements will be available sale day along with weights on the registered and commercial heifers. Breeding Guarantee All bulls are guaranteed breeders. Any bull that has proven himself not to be a breeder within 6 months of the sale, if in healthy condition, may be returned to the seller at the buyers expense. After which, the seller reserves the right to prove the bull a breeder within the following six months. Should the bull fail to prove himself, the seller shall issue the buyer credit towards the purchase of another bull in full settlement. We do not assume liability to an injury or act of God, but will work with the purchaser to find a suitable replacement. Accidents and Liabilities All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, the seller or sales management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, occurring in, on, or around the premises. Bids Each bull on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder. All decisions made by the auctioneer will be final. Delivery We will offer free delivery within 300 miles. We would like to have the bulls delivered during the month of April but other arrangements can be made. We would like to make arrangements with the heifer buyers to have them picked up as soon as possible. Sale Format The sale will be a live video format with live and internet bidding presented on DVAuction. The bulls will be penned in smaller groups the weekend and morning of the sale at our place for viewing and the auction will be held at the Carthage Community Center on Main Street Carthage, SD. Health Health papers will be furnished at delivery if needed. The yearling bulls will be semen tested and given a prebreeding vaccination after the sale. The heifers have been had a prebreeding vaccination along with bangs and have been palpated for breeding soundness.
