New Designers is an annual show at the Business design Centre in London, showcasing the very best work of some of the most recent graduates in the field of design.
Universities are represented from across the UK from a wide range of design disciplines spanning fashion, textiles, product and furniture design.
Our Year 10 DT students used the experience to fuel their creativity as they embarked on their coursework design and made a project which is worth 50% of their GCSE.
This was a great opportunity to see how graduates are finding innovative solutions and harnessing new technologies and embracing traditional craft based skills.
