Year 7 spent an afternoon learning about different cultures through a range of different workshops delivered by some of our Year 9 students. There were workshops on a wide range of subjects including the Arabic alphabet, life in Jordan, Spanish and Latin cultural traditions and Paganism. Students experienced Azerbaijani culture and were able to taste some amazing food, participate in Caribbean dance, make a Canadian First Nations dream catcher and play Aussie rules football. At the end of the afternoon there was a closing ceremony to celebrate the rich culture and diversity our school community shares.
