Our Company Founded in 2010, RESICAP is one of the nation’s leading vertically integrated, institutional owners of single-family residential assets. Our company manages the entire lifecycle of single-family properties, including asset acquisition and valuation, renovation, and maintenance (ResiPro), new home construction (ResiBuilt), and property management (ResiHome). We’re headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with operations throughout the United States.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Build and renovate responsibly to create sustainable communities • Install Energy Star Qualified appliances, wrap homes with an insulating barrier, and install R38 insulation in exterior walls and attic spaces for energy conservation
• Paint all home interiors and exteriors with low- and no-VOC paints
• Install programmable thermostats to complement energy efficient HVAC systems with insulated ductwork
• Use vinyl, double-paned windows and energy-efficient garage doors
• Prohibit oil changes on lawns or streets within our communities
• Conduct mandatory environmental screenings to ensure homesites are free of toxins and contaminants • Obtain wetland studies to ensure communities have minimal impact on the environment
• Ensure all of our homes are built above severe storm floodplain
• Install water quality systems to improve water quality downstream
• Implement best management practices in each community to prevent rain carrying silt off site • Establish water retention areas to slow water egress to reduce downstream flooding potential
• Apply vapor barriers to reduce mold and earthborn gasses entering homes
• Use block construction on the first floor, along with hurricane straps and shatter resistant windows, in hurricane prone areas

Provide temporary relief for renters on the brink of homelessness
Relevium Foundation
Relevium is RESICAP’s internally managed non-profit dedicated to providing temporary rental relief to families in need. Many families are just one hardship away from eviction and losing the basic human necessity of a home. The catalyst for such an event may be a job loss or termination, a death in the family, insurmountable bills from a sudden medical issue, or other traumatic events. Relevium helps combat the financial struggles that residents of rental properties face during these times of hardship, providing an opportunity to keep their family safe and giving them a sense of hope.
