Our Employees
• Focus on employee physical, social, mental, and financial wellbeing:
Ȉ Employee assistance program Espyr offering 24/7/365 support, including work-life services, counseling support, and on-line resources Ȉ Digital health and wellness program Burnalong available to all employees and their families
• Offer Rise with Resi, an early career development program for employees
• Work with Recruit Military to hire veterans throughout the nation
• Apply OSHA rules and regulations for workplace safety across all jobsites

• Build community-focused amenities such as walking trails, dog parks and swimming pools • Promote community interaction through events and centralized gathering areas
Our Communities
• Partner with local housing-focused non profits, including Habitat for Humanity, to form stronger and more stable communities • Support vendor partners and their families through our annual Pros Give Back program
