• Focus on employee physical, social, mental, and financial wellbeing:

• Offer Rise with Resi, an early career development program for employees

• Work with Recruit Military to hire veterans throughout the nation

• Apply OSHA rules and regulations for workplace safety across all jobsites

• Build community-focused amenities such as walking trails, dog parks and swimming pools • Promote community interaction through events and centralized gathering areas
