Jerry Felton Promoted to Melaleuca CEO

was promoted to President of Melaleuca International. During the last ten years, under Jerry Felton’s leadership Melaleuca’s international operations have tripled in size! Jerry’s credentials speak for themselves. He is an exceptionally talented leader and inspires his teams to implement Melaleuca’s principles throughout Melaleuca’s global operations. Jerry is an excellent example of passion, leadership, and innovative thinking. Most importantly, Jerry embodies our mission of enhancing lives. At Convention 2022, I announced that Jerry has been promoted to CEO of Melaleuca. The entire room erupted in applause at that announcement. And for good reason! Those who know Jerry, are keenly aware of the extreme talent that he will bring to this position. With Jerry, our future is in very good hands! Jerry’s energy and his ability to lead with integrity and passion is well known.

Executive Chairman. My new position will allow me to focus on crucial corporate issues, such as long-term corporate strategy, corporate messaging, marketing, national and international economic issues, new product development, etc. It will also allow me to get into the field to meet with Marketing Executives and leaders more often. I have missed being able to do that! These are exciting times! I am excited to work with Jerry in his new role, and I am very excited about our future as we enter this new era. We have a very bright future under Jerry’s leadership, and I invite you to join me in congratulating him on this new and very important assignment!

Melaleuca’s growth continues to astound me. Over the last 36 years, we have grown from a small operation of just seven employees and eight products in the USA to having 100´s of wellness products and over 4,000 employees globally. We have over 1.5 million customers and tens of thousands of families that depend on us for supplemental income. The sun truly never sets on Melaleuca’s operations! It has been my privilege to be at the helm of this great organization since its beginning. I have always considered that a great honor. My role has changed over the years as the company has grown. In the beginning, it was just me, six ladies in the office, and a guy in shipping. Over the years we have added 2 company presidents, 56 vice presidents, and 148 directors to lead and guide our operations in 19 different countries. We have dozens of extremely bright executives with extraordinary capabilities who lead this company. As we have grown, I have consistently delegated more responsibilities and authorities to these great men and women.

One our most talented executives is Jerry Felton. Thirteen years ago, we stole Jerry from UPS where he was their Vice President of Global Sales. For his first three years, Jerry was our Senior Vice President of Sales over the US (that’s the position that Darrin Johnson holds today). Under These are exciting times! We have a very bright future under Jerry’s leadership, and I invite you to join me in congratulating him on this new and very important assignment!” Jerry’s leadership in that position, Melaleuca grew at a very rapid rate. Write down your goal on paper and make it visible Activate your brain by putting pen to paper and writing down your goal in words and pictures. Doing this solidifies the goal in your mind and forces you to get crystal clear about what you’re striving for. Post your goal in the most visible place in your home or workspace, such as your bathroom mirror or the lock screen on your smartphone. Envision your future Take a few minutes to visualize your future. What will it feel like when you achieve your goal? What will your life look like? How will it affect your daily actions, your relationships, and how you see yourself? Write a paragraph that describes your future in detail—how it feels and looks and what you’ll do. Doing so will train your brain to connect the dots from where you are to the steps you need to take to achieve your goal. Whether it’s in athletics, business, or your personal life, visualizing your success will help you achieve it. Understand why you want to achieve your goal It’s important to truly know why you want to achieve a goal. When you have a deep and meaningful reason behind your goal, you’ll move mountains. There will be days when you want to give up and quit, but your why will allow you to overcome the temptation to stop.

Take consistent action for 90 days Why 90 days? Studies show that doing something for 90 days allows you to not only create new habits but also create a lifestyle change. Doing something consistently for 90 days makes you feel successful and sets the stage for future success. You’ll also learn there is more power in focusing on the process and next steps rather than on your end goal. Real change happens when small actions are taken consistently over time. Share with an accountability partner Fear often stops us from telling others about an important goal because we’re afraid we might not reach that goal. But sharing your goal with others gives you precisely what you need: increased commitment, accountability, and visibility. Try sharing your next goal with an accountability partner and watch what happens. As one proverb says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

There is plenty of evidence to support how learning goal-setting skills and making them a habit will help you live a better life. Harvard Business School studied their MBA graduates and found that within 10 years of graduation the 3% of graduates who wrote down their goals earned up to 10 times more than the other 97% of graduates combined! Many of you have probably heard the powerful principle of making your goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Timely). But that’s not the only step to achieve them! 1 Build Your Contact List

ACHIEVEMENT LEADERS The European Achievement Leaders are those businesses with the highest contribution index. The contribution index is the product of the net increase in their Organisational Preferred Customers during the prior 60 days, multiplied by the number of each leader’s personally enrolled Directors, plus their number of personally enrolled customers. Membership of this elite group is reviewed bi-monthly. In order to be recognised as a member of this team, leaders must submit a picture to Melaleuca.

Set Appointments 2

I want you to notice something about the Seven Critical Activities, the first four in particular. You cannot do Critical Activity 3, Share Overviews, before you do Critical Activity 2 or Critical Activity 1. That’s not how it works. These activities are in this order because that’s the order you’ll need to do them in. Before you can hold a Strategy Session, you need to present Melaleuca: An Overview and enrol a customer. And before you can do that, you’ll need to invite someone you know to your Overview. There’s a reason the first Critical Activity is not Set Appointments. Before you invite someone to your Overview, you should already have a relationship. The first thing to do is add their name to your contact list and begin establishing a relationship. When the time is right, you can invite them to attend a Melaleuca Overview and make a decision about Melaleuca. We are a “warm market” company. The right way to build your business is with people who know you, like you, and trust you. So before you approach someone to set an appointment, take the time to build a genuine relationship with them. As you help them reach their goals, you’ll find that those personal relationships can be just as rewarding – if not more so – as your income from your Melaleuca business.

Hello, I am Ewa Baran and I am a Melaleuca customer for over three years. The benefits that I noticed after using the Peak Performance Pack for 3 months are that I feel like I have more energy, that I wake up easier in the morning, improved mood and concentration. I also feel that Florify does me well! When I used other supplements, I had to spend time every day to prepare them in the so-called organiser or box, which is divided into different times of the day. When I forgot to do this, I didn’t have time in the morning before leaving work, it meant that I didn’t take vitamins that day and it happened quite often. Hi, I am Paulina Kopacz, Melaleuca Customer since June 2019, and a mother of a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old. After 90 days of using the Peak Performance Pack I see a lot of changes with myself. Before these 90 days I often had hard times waking up, having to take naps in between, and basically felt tired all the time. And I wanted to change that. How do you qualify for President’s Club?

Qualifying Positions Marketing Executives who advance to Corporate Director Status for the first time and any Corporate and Presidential Director who advances to a new high status in the qualification period will automatically qualify. In addition to these automatic new and advancing Corporate and Presidential Director qualifying positions, Europe will be awarding up to one position.

President’s Club Minimum Qualifications

1. All qualifying Marketing Executives must develop a minimum of two new in-country personally enrolled Directors by October 31, 2022, who have been enrolled and achieve the status of Director for the first time during the qualification time period. a. The qualifying Marketing Executive must personally enrol the new Director. b. Inherited personal Directors will not count toward this qualification. c. These qualifying Directors must maintain their status for three months in the qualification period (not necessarily the first three months). 2. All qualifying Marketing Executives must develop at least one in-country first-time personally enrolled Director 3 during the qualification period. 3. All qualifying Marketing Executives must have a minimum of +1 True Growth (enrolments + reactivations – cancelations) of in-country Preferred Customers during the qualification time period (excludes roll-ups and moves).

4. All qualifying Marketing Executives are required to have a minimum Commission Rate of Executive Director or above on the last month of qualification (December 31, 2022). 5. All qualifying Marketing Executives must achieve a status of Senior Director or above by the end of the first month of the qualification period (January 31, 2022). 6. All qualifying Marketing Executives must achieve a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 92.5% or more as of December 2022. 7. Each Marketing Executive’s qualifying activity will be based on the country of registration, and they must be in compliance with all Melaleuca policies during the qualification period. 8. Melaleuca reserves the right to change the President’s Club rules and qualifications as necessary.

In an effort to help thousands of Ukrainian families who are coping with an ongoing war and a humanitarian crisis that has now lasted for four months, Melaleuca of Germany recently made two large donations of its health and wellness products worth a total of $ 236 705. The donations were made to Caritas Lithuania and the Ukrainian association Mainz e.V. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, these organisations have often passed relief supplies, money, medicines, and in-kind donations to Criya, a Ukrainian non-profit organisation located on the Polish-Ukrainian border. There, depending on the course of the battle and constantly changing humanitarian conditions, supplies are directly sent to the war regions with the help of a vehicle fleet of 30 transporters. Melaleuca’s product donations to these nonprofits are primarily helping to meet the needs of Ukrainian refugees. Caritas Lithuania, which is closely affiliated with the Catholic Church, is running “collective centers” that help the most vulnerable by providing beds, food, washing facilities, and safe spaces for children. Many refugees are arriving with very few material goods, and often without their spouses, who remain in Ukraine. Caritas is also helping these displaced people transition from temporary shelters into a longer-term living solution, which might consist of figuring out schools for the children and finding work for those who are able.

“Melaleuca’s donation will not only help displaced Ukrainian families who are struggling with basic supplies, but it will also support many children and orphans who have lost so much throughout this senseless and ruthless war,” said Melaleuca CEO Jerry Felton. “This humanitarian assistance is desperately needed by those who have been impacted. It is Melaleuca’s honor to play a small part in alleviating human suffering and restoring hope.” In these two product shipments, Melaleuca of Germany donated a variety of personal care products and healthy snack bars to help both Ukrainian refugees as well as individuals who remain inside some of the most devasted cities in the country. The shipments originally were transported to Lithuania before some of the Melaleuca products were then secretly distributed through a volunteer network to Ukrainian citizens inside the war-torn country. This is not Melaleuca’s first donation in support of Ukraine. In April 2022, Melaleuca donated $ 12 000 worth of first aid kits, MelaGel, Triple Antibiotic Ointment , and bandages. Additionally, Melaleuca led an outreach campaign from Idaho hospitals to secure lifesaving Emergency Room supplies that could not be purchased over the counter. These supplies were safely delivered to a military hospital in Kyiv.
