Al Majlis - Forums of Exchange T تؤمـن مجموعـة أبوظبـي للثقافـة والفنـون بـأن الفنـون تمثّـل ركيـزة أساسـيّة مـن ركائـز النهضـة وتمكيـن المجتمعـات، فهـي تُجسّـد هويّتهـا، وتعكـس قيمهـا، وتبنـي جسـورا بيـن أفرادهـا مـن مختلـف الثقافـات والهويّـات والأعمـار. وعندمـا يتفاعـل الشـباب مـع الفنـون، تنغـرس فيهـم طاقـات جديـدة، وتتعـزّز قدراتهـم الإبداعيّـة. وإلـى جانـب الأداء وصقـل المهـارات، تُسـهم هـذه التجربـة الإبداعيّـة فـي تنميـة الفضـول، والفكـر النقـديّ، وتعزيـز تقديـر راسـخ للثقافـة يتجـاوز حـدود الفصـل الدراسـيّ. وفـي مجموعـة أبوظبـي للثقافـة والفنـون، لا ننظـر إلـى هـذا الأمـر باعتبـاره مجـرّد فكـرة نظريّـة، بـل هـو التـزام عملـي مسـتمر يشـكّل الأسـاس الـذي تقـوم عليـه جميـع مبادراتنا التعليميّة المجتمعيّة؛ من ورش العمل، والشـراكات، والبرامـج المصمّمـة لدعـم خيـال الشـباب وتوسـيع آفاقهـم. التعليم كحافز للتطوّر تضـع دولـة الإمـارات العربيّــة المتّحـدة مسـتقبل الشـباب فـي صـدارة أولويّاتهـا، وتحـرص علـى تزويدهـم بـالأدوات اللّزمـة للتعامــل مــع عالــم تتســارع فيــه التكنولوجيــا وتتزايــد فيــه اســتخدامات الــذكاء الاصطناعــي يومــا بعــد يــوم. ويبقــى الإبــداع، إلــى جانــب العلــوم والتقنيّــة، محــورا رئيســيّا فــي هــذه المســيرة. فمــن خــلل إتاحــة مســاحات للستكشــاف الفنّــي والحــوار الثقافــيّ، نمنــح فــي مجموعــة أبوظبــي للثقافـة والفنـون الشـباب مهـارات تُثـري حياتهـم، وتسـاعدهم علـى بنـاء مسـتقبل أكثـر إشـراقا وازدهـاراً. لا يقتصـر التعليـم عبـر الفنـون علـى إتقـان العـزف علـى آلـة موسـيقيّةٍ، أو تعلّــم حــركات الأداء الكلســيكي أو المعاصــر، بــل يمتــد ليغــرس قيـــــــم الثقـــــــــة بالنفـــــــــــس، ويُعـــــزّز القـــــــــــدرات والإمكانـــــات. وبفضــــــل مبادراتهــــا وبرامجهــــا، تخلــــق مجموعـــــة أبوظبـــــي 40 Shawati’ 71

تؤمن للثقافــة والفنــون بيئــات تُتيــح للطــلب استكشــاف العالــم، واكتشــاف قدراتهــم، وتحقيــــــــق أحلمهــــــــم، مـــــن خـــــلل الأثـــر التحويلــي العميــق للفنــون والثقافــة. تقــول ســعادة هـــــــدى إبراهيـــــم الخميــس كانــو، مؤسّــس مجموعــة أبوظبــي للثقافــة والفنـــــــون، والمؤسّــــــس والمديــــــر الفنّـــــي لمهرجــان أبوظبــي: “إن “رواق المعرفــة”، البرنامــــــج التعليمـــــــي المجتمعـــــي مـــــــــــن مجموعــــة أبوظبــــــي للثقافــــــة والفنـــــــــون، و“أكاديميّــة مهرجــان أبوظبــي” يجسّــدان التزامنــا الرّاســخ بتمكيــن النهضــة وتعزيــز المعرفــــــــة مــــــن خـــــــــلل الاستثمـــــــار فــي الصناعــات الثقافيّــة والإبداعيّــة، وتحفيــز جهــود الدبلوماســيّة الثقافيّــة، والشــراكات الدوليّــة التـي نسـتفيد منهـا لتمكيـن الجيـل القـادم، بأعلـى المعاييـر، وأفضـل الخبـرات العالميّــة، وبمــا يتناســب مــع هويّتنــا. نحــن نســتثمر فــي مواهبهــم، وننمّــي قدراتهــم، ونفتــح آفاقــا رحبــة لتحقيــق تطلّعاتهــم وأحلمهــم. تمكيــن الطــلب وتزويدهــم بالفــرص المناســبة يُســهم فــي إطــلق Currently the Education Programme - a cornerstone of the Abu Dhabi Festival that includes youth activations such as artist performances in schools and education- al student matinées - energises and inspires students from across the UAE. They are invited to attend re- hearsals moments before the curtain rises, exchange insights with visiting maestros during masterclass- es and engage in interactive concerts designed for the youngest members of the community. In 2024, more than 1,500 students joined the programme - serving as a gateway to knowledge - enhancing their creativity, confidence and cultural literacy, while nurturing the innovative spirit every nation needs to thrive.

EDUCATION AS A CATALYST FOR TRANSFORMATION The United Arab Emirates [UAE] consistently looks to the future, asking which tools its youth will need to navigate an increasingly complex world.
