خـلل العـروض المدرسـيّة والجـولات فـي المعـارض التشـكيليّة، ممّـا يحفّـز لديهـم التفكيـر بطـرق جديـدة، والتعبيـر بعمـقٍ، والإبـداع بثقـة. وتؤكّـد هـذه البرامـج الرائـدة أن الفنـون مـرآة تعكـس نهضـة وازدهـار وقيـم المجتمـع، كمـا تفتـح آفاقـا رحبـة للفـرص والتمكيـن والنجـاح. قوّة الشراكات إذا كان التعليـم يشـكّل جوهـر رسـالة مجموعـة أبوظبـي للثقافـة والفنـون، فـإن الشـراكات المحليّـة والدوليّـة تُعـد الركيـزة التـي توسّـع أثرهـا وإرثهـا عبـر الأجيـال. فمـن خـلل شـبكة عالميّـة مـن الشـراكات التـي تضـم مـدارس وجامعات ومؤسّسـات ثقافيّـة، تُعـزّز المجموعـة حضورهـا، وتتيح للطـلب فرصـا للإرشـاد، والوصـول إلـى المـوارد، واكتسـاب رؤى تتجـاوز محيطهـم المباشـر. ومـن أبـرز الأمثلـة علـى هـذه الشـراكات: اتفاقيّـة التعـاون مـع مؤسّسـة الصناعـات الوطنيّـة والحـرف اليدويّـة التابعـة لـوزارة الثقافـة الفرنسـيّة، عبـر برامـج إقامـة فنيّـة تجمـــــع خبـــــراء فـــــي الخـــــزف، والنسيــــج، والتصميـم. وتُسـهم هـذه الشـراكة فـي
تعزيـز الحـوار، وتشـجيع الابتـكار، وتفعيـل التبـادل الثقافـيّ. كمـا يشـارك الفنّانـون الإماراتيّـون فـي إقامـات إبداعيّـة خارجيّـة يعـودون منهـا بـرؤى وخبـرات أعمـق، الأمـر الـذي يعكـس الإمكانـات الكبـرى التـي تتحقّـق حيـن تتوحّـد المؤسّسـات حـول رؤيـة مشـتركة. تقول سعادة هدى إبراهيم الخميس : “من خلل شراكاتنا الدوليّة، نُرسي كانو أسسا لتعاون مستدام قائم على ثلث ركائز محوريّة: الإبداع، والابتكار، وحفظ التراث وإحيائه لأجيال المستقبل، تجسيدا لاعتزازنا بهويّتنا وجذورنا، ومواكبة للعصر والحداثة معاً، كالتزام مشترك بين دولة الإمارات والعالم. نؤمن أن الماضي هو الرابط الوثيق بيننا، والمستقبل هو الرسالة التي تجمعنا، ومن خلل شراكاتنا، نعزّز دعم المواهب الشابّة، ونوسّع آفاقها، ونُعلي من قيمة التميّز.” : “التعليم فن بحد ذاته، وتضيف سـعادتها وعلينـا أن نتقـن هـذا الفـنّ، بـأن نحـرّر أعمق مهـارات الإبـداع، ونسـخّر أقصـى إمكانـات جانبـــــي الدمــــاغ معــــــاً؛ الجانــــــب الأيســــــر المسـؤول عن اللغـة والمنطـق والتفكيـر

that emerge when institutions unite around a shared vision. Her Excellency Huda Al Khamis-Kanoo, Founder of ADMAF and Abu Dhabi Fes- tival, says: “Through our international partnerships, we lay the foundations of long-term collaboration built on three pillars: creativity, innovation and the preservation and revival of heritage for future generations. They embody our pride in our identity and roots, while keeping pace with modernity. This ethos is a shared commitment between the UAE and the world. We believe that the past binds us together and the future is a call to unity. With these partnerships, we support young talent, expand their horizons and pro- mote excellence.” Her Excellency adds: “Education is an art in itself; one we must master by unlocking our deepest creativity and mobilising the full potential of both sides of the brain: the left, responsi- ble for language, logic, thinking and analysis, and the right, responsible for creativity, artistic skills, spatial aware- ness and emotion. Education through the arts is a cornerstone of renewal and sustainability in all civilisations. It opens new spaces for expression, imagination, builds and develops the self, deepens appreciation of human culture and strengthens solidarity.
In this academic year, ADMAF is set to take its commit- ment to investing in the nation’s youth one step fur- ther with elevated educational programmes aimed at further advancing this mission. Among these upcom- ing programmes is the Festival Academy, which offers deeper training and performing experiences for stu- dents and emerging artists - who have already demon- strated a strong commitment to the arts - through res- idencies with internationally acclaimed musicians, intimate concerts and much more. Meanwhile, other educational offerings will provide young people with an appetite for culture with the invaluable opportunity to experience performing and visual arts - such as school showcases and exhibition tours - which will challenge them to think differently, feel deeply and create with conviction. These pioneering programmes will demonstrate that the arts serve as mirrors of society as well as pathways to opportunity and empowerment. THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIPS If education is ADMAF’s core, collaboration is its ex- tended reach. A global network of schools, universi- ties and cultural institutions amplifies the Founda- tion’s impact, connecting students to mentorship, resources and perspectives outside of their reach. A prime example is ADMAF’s recent partnership with France’s Manufactures Nationales – Sèvres & Mobilier National, operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture. Through residencies with world-renowned masters in the crafts of porcelain, tapestry and de- sign, this significant partnership fosters dialogue, innovation and cross-cultural exchange. Essentially, ADMAF enables Emirati artists to travel abroad and return enriched, showcasing the endless possibilities

الناشــئين الذيــن يظهــرون شــغفًا والتزامًــا راســخًا بالفنــون. يتيــح لهــم هــذا البرنامــج تطويـر مهاراتهـم بشـكل أعمـق، مـن خـال برامــج تدريــب وتوجيــه إبداعــي بإشــراف موســيقيين مرموقيــن عالميّــاً، بالإضافــة إلــى حفــات موســيقيّة حميمــة، وفــرص تدريبيّــة متنوّعــة تُثــري مواهبهــم وتفتــح أمامهــم آفاقــا جديــدة للنمــو والتقــدّم. كمـا سـتتيح برامـج تعليميّـة أخرى للشـباب فرصـة خـوض تجـارب متنوّعـة فـي مجـالات الفنـون الأدائيّـة والبصريّـة، مـن
