Joining us in May this year as a legal administrative assistant, Fabian brings a vibrant energy and passion for law, rooted in a lifelong love for crime and thriller TV shows that blossomed during his teenage years. After graduating from Brockton High School in 2018, Fabian advanced his education at Suffolk University, earning a bachelor’s degree in law. This academic journey has equipped him for the challenges of the legal world and sparked an ambition to further his education in law school. What makes our newest addition stand out is his genuine empathy and dedication to helping our clients. Fabian has a deep understanding of the difficulties our clients face and is committed to guiding them toward obtaining Social Security disability benefits. He finds real joy in making a positive impact on the lives of those who reach out for help, striving to ensure that every client feels cared for and supported. Outside the office, life is just as lively. Fabian is a devoted pet parent to Jack, a spirited half-Yorkie, half-Russell who has been his furry companion for 14 years. Whether he’s taking leisurely walks with Jack, hitting the gym, or relaxing with video games and movies with friends, he knows the importance of a good work-life balance! Looking to the future, our legal administrative assistant has big dreams. Fabian aims to keep growing personally and professionally, with hopes of someday running his own practice after law school. This blend of personal ambition and a commitment to helping others makes him such a fantastic fit for our team. 1 large egg 2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan. 2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. 3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until blended. 4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients; mix until blended. 5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan before serving. 6. Whip cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form. 7. Arrange strawberries on top of cake and spread whipped cream over top before serving.
