Mesirow Financial Advises Quad On Sale Of NE Packaging Plant Mesirow Financial acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Quad/Graphics, Inc. on the sale of its Omaha, Nebraska, packaging plant to Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Quad is a global marketing solutions partner provid- ing a diverse range of print and media services.
