PPC Spring Meeting Still A ‘Go’ News regarding COVID-19 is changing rapidly and with the Spring Meeting coming up at Disney, April 22-24, PPC continues to field questions and concerns. As of Thursday March 12, the meeting will be conducted as planned. In case a member needs to cancel after registering, PPC wants to minimize financial risk and has amended its cancellation policy for the meeting to reflect the following: • All cancellation fees are waived if cancelling more than 14 days before the event, on or before April 8. • Free substitution to Fall Meeting 2020 or Spring Meet- ing 2021 if cancelling less than 14 days out, after April 8 PPC will continue to monitor the situation and will ad- just plans as necessary.
