And they rave about the product comparison with Renew ® Intensive Skin Therapy !” The early lessons Chelsie learned still apply today. “Convention is critical from day one of building your business,” she affirms. “I was content with where I was when I attended my first Convention, but while I was there I realized that with Melaleuca, I have something incredible and I need to tell the people I love all about it! Convention helps you make it all about others, and when you do that, everything ignites!” Chelsie is also happy that her children are proud of her achievement and love being part of something wonderful. “They love the products, and they tell their teachers about them. They will tell me, ‘Mom, they use a different lotion. We need to tell them about Renew !’ and ‘My teacher needs some of our nut clusters!’ It is so amazing to know that I’m able to work and yet my children feel as if they have me 100% of my time. I never feel like I have to compromise being a full-time mom to build my Melaleuca business.”
When new National Director Chelsie Gilbert got the congratulatory call on this latest advancement, she was driving to her son’s baseball practice. “My enroller, Corporate Director 4 Ashley Olive, was crying she was so excited, but I was totally surprised!” Chelsie recalls. “I was so involved in business-building activities that I wasn’t expecting it this month!” Chelsie’s journey forward promises to be excitingly different from her journey thus far because the once typical in-person building activities are making a comeback. “I’m doing a lot of in-person Strategy Sessions, walking them through getting their business started, and casting a vision for them,” Chelsie says. “We started doing a lot of in-home parties this summer, and we really ramped things up in August. I have mainly worked on social media, and I’m finding that doing things in person is completely different and really cool! It’s incredible to see the enthusiasm generated by personally experiencing Melaleuca’s amazing products and seeing them in action.
