Ron loves that enhancing the lives of others is an integral part of his own success with Melaleuca. “I’m a digital marketer,” he says. “I work with solar energy providers, dentists, real estate agents, and more, helping them market their businesses. I’ve helped a lot of companies move forward and increase their revenues. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished—but there’s not much depth to that success. “With Melaleuca, on the other hand, I’m able to impact lives for the better. Recently, a woman reached out to me. She had young kids and was struggling financially. Her ex-husband was making her life even more difficult. I helped her enroll with Melaleuca and then worked closely with her to build a Director business on a Pacesetter time frame. When she saw the check she earned from her efforts, she broke down into tears. It meant so much to her and her family!” To Ron, those small successes mean everything. As a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience as an executive chef in high-end restaurants, Ron knows how to find the hidden strengths in everyone he meets. When a customer decides to build a Melaleuca business, Ron goes to work—giving them a framework for their daily efforts that focuses on the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities and that is fully duplicable as they begin developing leaders of their own. Ron also relies on Melaleuca’s Coaching & Leader Development team. “I don’t always have all the time I want to spend with each business builder,” he says. “But I know the Regional Directors will always have my back. They are mentors my team can connect with at any time. They get on many of our team calls, sharing product knowledge, encouragement, and support. They also spend time coaching my team members on the proven activities needed to build a robust business and increase retention.”
